Who Are We?
AST is a non-profit 501c(3) organization that was founded in 2009 to support local educators in the areas of arts, science, and technology.
We are a group of volunteers dedicated to supplementing and enhancing students’ experiences and educators’ resources. Generating funds from grants and donations, we have raised about $1 Million to provide material supplies and foster events to stimulate growth and success. We assist K-12 educators in all Tehachapi Valley schools, including the Tehachapi Unified School District, charter schools, and private schools.

Educational Support of Local Schools
We aim to enable educators to enhance the classroom experience, supplement the core curriculum and to foster a creative atmosphere In the past we have donated supplies to art programs, the THEMA program at THS, robotics clubs, and Science Olympiad.
